Couldnt check Acquired because we didnt have the login details - Louise can login so she can be used for now
Monitoring Tech Inbox didnt really work very well as there was an error to do with NoCover which was not discovered for a few days. Email was sent on Wed and not investigated until the following Monday
PowerBi Reports has been changed manually and were overridden by changes. This should not be the case any more but worth reporting for postmortem purposes
